Emily Terry offers hair styling and makeup services from her home studio in Officer and also travels to locations for larger parties. Her travel locations include Melbourne, Dandenongs, Yarra Valley and Mornington.

Emily Terry can travel to your location at a fee to you. The travel fee will be determined based on distance from Officer to your location. This fee is to cover petrol, tolls, general wear & tear on car and the time spent travelling to the location. For travel to you, a minimum spend of $650 is required for 1 artist and $950 for 2 artists.

Parking needs to be available within close vicinity to your location of getting ready. This is due to the large amount of equipment carried. It is up to you to organise this parking and advise Emily Terry prior to arrival. 
Paid parking needs to be paid by you. 

Emily Terry will provide the address for her studio location with your confirmation email. Please wait in your car until your exact appointment time. You may text if you are early and if Emily Terry is available, she will reply to invite you in earlier. Please do not bring children to your appointment due to safety and concentration. 

Emily Terry will arrive 5-10 minutes prior to start time to set up, unless otherwise discussed. Emily Terry will need a large table, with access to a nearby power point and preferably near a window. Emily Terry will need access to running water and a bathroom. Please ensure everyone is available at their allocated time to allow for a smooth running time. Please advise if there is a large staircase as this will alter what equipment is brought.

Emily Terry may take record or photograph during and after your appointment. Please advise if you do not want anything published on social media, website or advertising. 

For discount to be eligible, Emily Terry must be available on your requested wedding date. Discount is applied to either hair or makeup separately. Combined deal already received a discount, so it will be applied to combined discount in addition to the discount, but not applied twice for each hair and makeup in the combined deal. 

If you are sick, please reschedule or cancel your booking. If you arrive sick to your appointment, Emily Terry has the right to refuse the appointment. If Emily Terry is sick, she will endeavour to find a replacement and advise as soon as possible. If Emily Terry is unable to work due to sickness you will receive a full refund immediately. 

Please make sure you arrive on time to your appointment. You have a time slot allocated and after 15 minutes this appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule. Please advise as soon as possible if you are going to be late. No refunds of deposits will be issued under any circumstance for being late.

Please refrain from using your mobile phone during your appointment. Please do not eat food or chew gum. Please do not place your drink, mobile or anything else in Emily Terrys work area as it may contaminate products. Aggressive, rude or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated by Emily Terry. If Emily Terry feels uncomfortable she has the right to cancel the booking.

A booking fee of 50% is required to secure your wedding or event date. This fee is non transferable and non refundable. The balance is required 7 days prior to your appointment. If you have a last minute appointment within 7 days, your payment is required in full. Emily Terry can take payment via bank transfer or Paypal. If you request Paypal, there will be added fees depending on the total as the fee will vary. Please include your invoice number as the reference number with payment. Your date is not secured until payment is made. Emily Terry has the right to change rates at any time. Your payment total will not change once your date is secured unless we have discussed adding services on. This will need to be approved by Emily Terry. If you remove people from your booking, this will be considered a cancellation (section 13)

Emily Terry uses a range of high end brands and products. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, you will need to advise Emily Terry of those allergies or skin sensitivities. Emily Terry has the right to refuse a makeup or hair application due to allergies or skin sensitivity. It is up to you to make sure you have trialled the product prior to the appointment for any reactions. If you choose not to trial a product then you are responsible for any skin complications or reactions due to allergy or skin sensitivity on the day of the event.

Emily Terry is not liable for any reaction from any products.

If you need to cancel, please advise Emily Terry as soon as possible. If your cancellation is within 60 days of your bridal, group or on location bookings you will need to pay the remaining balance. For all other bookings if your cancellation is within 14 days, you will need to pay the remaining balance. All booking fees are non refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact Emily Terry to discuss new dates and check availability. If you do not show up to your appointment and have not contacted Emily Terry, this will be considered a cancellation and you will be black listed.

Emily Terry does not offer refunds. If you would like to request a refund due to exceptional circumstances, please contact Emily Terry directly for consideration.
