The health and wellbeing of you and us is our top priority.

 The below information may change as the restrictions required for businesses change.

In Studio

 

What we will do:

  • We will be cleaning all areas between clients with disinfectant.

  • We will be cleaning all brushes, equipment and products between each client.

  • We will be using disposables where possible, your beauty sponge will be gifted to you.

  • We will have washed our hands and sanitised them prior to your arrival.

  • Where possible, products will be de-potted for sanitation

  • If for any reason anyone at Emily Terry becomes unwell, we will advise as soon as possible and reschedule your appointment. We will try and assist to find another artists where possible.

  • Currently masks are required indoors, so your artist will be wearing one.

What you need to do:

  • If you are unwell or have been in contact with anyone unwell, please cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • You will need to check in with your phone on our QR code. 

  • If a client arrives and is clearly unwell, we reserve the right to refuse service for our own safety and wellbeing.

  • Currently masks are required indoors, however you can remove it for your makeup service.

  • We will get the door for you, please avoid touching any surface, equipment or product.

  • Hand sanitiser will be provided in the studio

  • Please do not bring anyone to your appointment as we have limited space.
